The scheme consisted of three self-contained one bedroom apartments and one studio flat in the heart of Littlehampton town centre.

This tricky build involved Future Build Specialist managing material deliveries and waste collection on a busy pedestrianised town centre that offered no outside storage space for the project.

Through strategic management of trades Future were able to minimise the obvious Health and Safety Risks evident in dealing with a live environment, to successfully and safety see this project to completion.

The result was four stunning dwellings with an exceptional finish and attention to detail.
